- ART /ɑːrt/ · noun
- The expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power. It also refers to the various branches of creative activity collectively, as well as to subjects of study concerned with human culture. Related: craft, skill, creativity, artistry.
- ODE /oʊd/ · noun
- A poem, typically one that is formal and expresses praise or admiration for a person, place, or thing. A song or hymn of praise or devotion. Related: hymn, song, poem, elegy.
- OFT /ɒft/ · adverb
