- KIMCHI /ˈkɪmtʃi/ · noun
- A traditional Korean side dish of fermented vegetables, usually cabbage or radishes, seasoned with chili peppers, garlic, ginger, and other spices. Related: fermented vegetables, Korean pickle, spicy pickle.
